This one's a little out there. The parent typically tells the kid not to touch the hot stove. (Which makes it tempting). Then once the kid does, they learn the lesson once and for all. This one's about facilitating the lesson. It's a little sadistic.

ReplyDeleteOh I see. Thanks for the explanation. I guess I was thinking too much about how the stove wouldn't work in that orientation.
